Dear All,

I would like to have a table (basis data) with two fields in it:

·         Record User

·         Record User link

Then I would like to have another table with an upload possibility; - here I will upload a txt or excel file with two fields in it:

·         Record user

·         Record user link

Now I would like to compare the “upload”-file with “basis data” and have following as output:

·         Unique Record/Record User links -> if they are on the upload but not on the “basis data” – they should be listet, and the user should be asked, if the postings should be added to the “basis data” file Yes/No. If Yes, then they should be added to the basis data table with record date of the “adding time), if No nothing

·         Not Unique Records, should be listet. The user should have the possibility to export this list into txt or excel format

·         A summery telling:

o   Total number of records in the upload file

o   Total number of Unique Records

o   Total number of Not Unique Records

I think, it is simple in access, but I don’t know, how to do the job in the system.

Please advice and guide me with step by step
