Help needed- need to total hours worked per person in understandable format

Help needed- need to total hours worked per person in understandable format

Anyone know how to do this? I have a formula box that totals the time, but it comes out in seconds, and it would be great to somehow look up each person and get a total  in readable hour/minute format. Any ideas?

formula zoho end time date-zoho end time date = total time person worked (I have this already) BUT WHAT       I really need is a sum of all of the hours that person has put into a work month...

Any ideas please help, this is going to keep me from using zoho....
