HELP please

Hi, compete novice here in need of some guidance, please.

I have designed my form but now I need to learn how to get the form onto my website and then how that information is generated into a spreadsheet to appear on another page for the users to see - can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial or let me know how to do this.
