Hope someone can help, there is simply no help to be found.

I have a database called laptop sales. In this database I have details of laptops I have in stock that I can sell. Database fields are, Make, Model, CPU, Memory etc (you get the idea).

Now before I came across Zoho Creator I had the details listed in a book and when I wanted a sheet of A5 paper with the sales bumph on I would use Microsoft Publisher to produce this using the data I had in my book.

NOW.... What I am trying to achieve is a printout (similar looking to the one I had using MS Publisher) except using the data I have stored in my laptop sales database. If I have say 30 laptops, I want to be able to input which laptops data to use on a standard template.

The research I have done tells me I have to use a HTML form view to achieve this. Now I can make the HTML form look just like me sales bumph sheet but what I am having trouble with is how to tell the html view which laptops data to use and how to put that laptops data onto html view.

Sorry so long winded but I need someone's help with this one.
