Hi Anyone

Just made a form with a calendar and e mail return for my site. I am now lost, it looks ok, but how do i know it works?, how do i get the code to put it into my site. Been at this for 3 days now, love the form but Im totally lost now,  can anyone help as I’m quite new to this.   Plz help me
