Help with leave

Good afternoon

I am having problems with the new leave report.  Our holiday year runs from 1 April until 31 March.  When I try to see the balance on the leave report it is calculating it from January to December.  Is there a way to change this?

I am an administrator and need to be able to see the balance of all employees but find that I cannot select another employee on the leave view or leave chart.  I have looked at another post and have put in surname as suggested but it simply reverts back to my leave report.

Please help as I am getting a little frustrated.
