Help with prefill of second form

Hello,

I tried to follow this article because it is exacly what I want to accomplish :

But it doesn't work for me ! I manage to have a second form openend upon succesfull submission, but I can't get the previous information to be prefill in the second form.

Is there something wrong with this article ?
