Help with understanding API

Is it possible for a form at my website to send information to zoho records?

What does this process look like? what would the form at my site need to be written in? php? html?
I would start with a simple contact us form

then try my test_reserve form after that

( and no please don't tell me to embed a form, already tried that, customers are coming up with "there is no such form at zoho creator" at my embedded form on the site and it works perfectly fine for me even when i am not logged into zoho)
