HELP: ZOHO CRM with Creator - Linking DATA

Hi.

I have been searching everywhere to find a solution to this problem however cannot find anything.

When you have a look up, lets say in the "Lead Table" looking up a contact. The selected contact is associated to the Lead. And, more importantly with regards to my questions, the Lead is associated to the contact. So when the contact is selected, if you view details of the contact, you can see in the more details section, information about the lead.

What I need to do is have that same relationship but with the CRM and a custom form. So I have a creator form called TRACKING, in this form there is a lookup to CONTACTS. When this record is added the contact information is added to the tracking table. This is great as that part works. What I also need it to do is put information in the CONTACTS table in the CRM, in the more details section. I would expect it to show what records in the tracking table each particular contact is related to, as it does for the standard fields in the CRM.

Please can you let me know how I can achieve this.

Is there information on the database structure, I could add a relationship myself I guess, based on when a contact is associated in the tracking table.
