Hot Leads versus regular leads
I am new to zoho and I have two questions. (1) Leads: we have two sets of leads, one set hotter than the other, is there a way to let the hotter leads stand out? (2) I have imported leads using CSV, how do I separate them by Industry? I have created views thinking that is how I can upload each list per industry, but clearly it is just a view. I would appreciate it if someone can help.
