How can display pic in a Note Field

How can display pic in a Note Field


Hi Latha 

My application scenario is as follows：

1，I have a File Upload field in formsc

2,The pic can show in view



3,I now want to the image displayed in a plain field and put the code as bellow
  1. plain=("<img width='100' src='http://creator.baihui.com/DownloadFile.do?filepath=/" + r.zpct + "&sharedBy=" + zoho.adminuser) + "'/>"
 but I try many times it's dons't work,I don't know where is wrong, please help
