My situation is, the users want to be able to see one task and say oh I have to send an email to contact1, contact2, contact3, etc.  but just one Task.  I know you can go into Contacts and check each contact and create task but, creating one task for each email to each contact would get very lengthy when sending emails to say 12 people at a time.  

Also, is there a way to see the emails attached to contacts or potentials on the homepage?  I cannot figure this out and would be very beneficial.

Or search emails attached to contacts?  It seems that emails in Zoho CRM are just there and once you accumulate so many for a contact finding one in the history will be very time consuming and hard.
