How can I change the formatting of controls in creator?

Hi Zoho User/Developers,

I want to show 2 radio option in a zoho form. I just want to make them visually different. Like first option need to have blue color and second as red. And need to increase their size also as on ipad i want to cover the whole area.

This will help our user in long run to provide input by just looking at color rather reading text.

Please let me know how can I do this.
