I have created a database form for a Healthcare Procedure, ie. PICC (peripherally inserted central catheter) Line placements.  All of the data regarding insertion and any complications and dispositions must be documented.  When the procedure is completed, a computer record must be stored in the database and a "Report" documenting the procedure for that patient must be printed and placed in the patient's (hard copy) chart. Is there any way that a Report can be generated and printed showing only the documentation for that patient and only for the entries that were added to in the form. If the form fields are left blank, they should not be presented in the Report.  In regards to the grouped data, it still needs to be able to be queried in various forms for tracking things such a infection rate, malpositioned catheters, etc.  My main problem at this time is not being able to print out in a Report format this single data entry.  Is there any way I can do this?
