How can I delete a Portal?

How can I delete a Portal?

Hi,

I've created a test Portal, but now I could not find the way to delete it.

I went to my profile, but there is nothing there, I can't even find a Portal management page or something.
I have received an email telling me how to log in, but there is not a link to delete it.

Could you help please?
