How can I make a record a url link in a view?

Hello Everyone,

I have been searching the forum and knowledgebase for a couple of hours and cannot seem to find anything regarding this.

Can records in a list view be a link?

I have 2 different forms linked by a "Subject_ID." when I view the view from the second form I have "Subject_ID" as a column and it lists the "Subject_IDs" as records but I want to be able to click on the "Subject_ID" and go that "Subject_ID" in the first form.
