How can I see the when the priority of the task have changed

How can I see the when the priority of the task have changed

When I update Pirority, date, % completed, ...of a task,  the only thing I see is in "activites" is "Updated [name of the task]" whithout any description of the action.
How can I see, who has updated and what was updated (previous value vs new value) ?
