This is strange!

I have 8 similar users entering data in my Goldberg Intake app.  Earlier this week, my first user to sign up (stephenrhodes) started seeing odd behavior.  For example, when in the "HRT View", if he selected the "This one" print link for any valid HRT case...  the Zoho Creator app appears to be trying to take him to a log-in screen even though he is already logged in! Sometimes it will pause on the log-in and then continue to the correct screen, other times it acts like the log-in fails and it returns to our Start menu item.  Only the outline of the log-in box is drawn on the screen, never the data entry boxes.

No other user is seeing this kind of behavior and I am seeing it on multiple PCs using IE6, Firefox 3.5 and Chrome as well.

Does anyone have any idea what forcing this redirect to a log-in screen for only this user?
