How can you upload one document to multiple Accounts?

Is there a way to upload a document or folder one time across multiple Accounts in the CRM, versus uploading the same document to each account?

I see that you can upload documents to the library, but you still have to "Add" it to each Account. Is there a way to upload it once by creating a group?

We have quarterly documents that we want to link to many accounts.
