How create a draft via workflow?
I wish to create a workflow rule for specific emails that creates a draft response - not an automatic email reply, but just a draft with a set response ready to be verified by an agent who can then manually select recipients. Alternatively, the workflow rule could create a comment with the desired content. Can I do that? Perhaps using Custom Functions?
Additionally, if it's possible, would it be feasible to create the draft's content using part of the original email (that initially created the ticket)?
