I apologise for lack of detail I'm new to the world of Zoho and have limited computer skills!

 

I've recently created a database on Zoho Creator using the form to create a user friendly application.  The application is working well but for some reason I am no longer able to edit the original form - it doesn't appear to load it anymore.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I make it spontaneously reappear?
