How do I find who is application owner?

How do I find who is application owner?

I'm working on an application and need to debug it. I think I can use Info statements to  give me information at various points to help me find out where the problems are.
However zoho tells me that only the application owner can see info statements. So my question is.
1) How do I find out who is or which group of users are deemed application owners, including myself, so that I can warn them in advance that they may get my debug notices.
