I have migrated my site to the new builder.  Now, I want to publish the migrated site.  What steps do I take?

I have my domain registered through GoDaddy.

I have unpublished the old site.  But, it is still connected to GoDaddy.  Will deleting the old site disconnect it from GoDaddy so I can publish the new site.
