How do you remove the new Zia icon that follows whatever line your cursor is on?

How do you remove the new Zia icon that follows whatever line your cursor is on?

It's very distracting as I click around the page. It hangs out on the right hand side but constantly jumps up and down depending on where I am typing. Any way to disable it?
