How i can to put a link html <a>?

My name is Juan Manuel and i'm new un Zoho creator.

I need a link with tags html, i want pass over by link and show new options or topics or show a new form. i know to made with css or javascript in normal code but i test javascript in zoho and dont work, how can i make this with zoho?
