One of our users has forgotten his password, and submitted the 'forgot password' form.  Thirty minutes later, he still hasn't received a reply.  How long does it normally take to receive the e-mail to reset the password?

I thought about trying to delete the user (we are just started with Zoho Project) and then adding him, but I don't see a way to delete a user?
