For example, I'd like to have several projects for each service sold to a client.  Each client could have different projects at the same time.  So I would like to have a category or portal for customers.  All my customers' projects would go here, in this portal or category.

But I also have internal projects in our company.  For example, we are going to write down all our processes in a new intranet site.  I'd like to create a different project for different departments.  All these projects are not related and do not have anything in common with the projects for customers.  That's why I'd like a different portal for these projects.

Also, we are going to open new offices in new cities.  I'd like to have a project for every new city we will open a new office.  All these projects would go in a different portal or category.

Is this possible?  Can you create different categories for projects? Or different portals?  I'm a Google App user and I'm the administrator.

The problem right now is that ALL these projects go into the same portal and I can't see how to organize them.
