I'd like to add a button to open a form in an iframe or widget for the related record so my representatives can fill out a specific qualification questionnaire form when speaking to a client without having to go to a separate webpage to fill the form.

Is there any simple out of the box solutions for this without having to build a custom widget from scratch?  I would think this would be a pretty common use-case.
