How to automatically pull data from a form in my site to a spreadsheet in Zoho docs?

Hi everyone!,

I am trying to build a form in my site with very basic fields (name, email, phone number, etc.).

I need that, every time someone fill the form and press 'submit', a spreadsheet in zoho docs is updated.

But I can not find the way to do it.

Can you please help me solve it?
