How to calcuate times (min/sec) between 2 date fields

How to calcuate times (min/sec) between 2 date fields

Hello,

I have 2 Date-time fields on my call log.  How do I, step by step, calculate the time between the two because I want to track how long I was on each call, (including seconds)

I also want to be able to see totals per day of number of calls, and time on each call.

Will someone help me with that please?
