When you create a new site, it seems you MUST use a predefined template. What I do is then to remove all the content and start fresh. We have already our structure in mind, so this is extra work.

How can I avoid using a predefined template which I need to delete, or start with a blank one ? I don't see an way like that. Any suggestions ?

May be a point of improvements ?
