how to disable checklist email notification

Hi,

we've setup a ticketing system using forms and workflows + email alerts. At the moment there's a bunch of "Overdue" tickets sitting there that have been resolved but didn't mark them as resolved.

I wan to go through all of them but the problem with that is that users who created them will be getting 10s of emails and I'd like to avoid that. the only problem I see is I can't find these email alerts anywhere in our settings. There's email alerts for when a form record is created/edited and when the task is assigned to the IT dept. I just can't find anywhere where the mail alert is configured for when a ticket is resolved.
