How to get a recording file of interupted recording
Hi,
Yesterday i was leading a training video which has been recorded and at the end of the training, my connection was interrupted.
I tried to get back once my connection went back again I went back to the connection, no one was there anymore and I tried to click to stop the recording since the meeting was still up, but it showed some sort of error that I cant be stopped.
I tried to end the call which was possible to do.
Now the problem, I'm trying go download the recording but in the Zoho recordings folder it still saying Processing and its been like 13 hours. The recording lasted for about 1:30 hours.
I really need to get the recording and download it but I can because of the Processing status.
Can anyone help?
