I want to associate my organitation Sales Managers to each Account in Zoho CRM

I don´t want to use Territories, not needed actually, the asigment is a bit handly.

I have a person in my organitation that it the responsable of creating Accounts, this person is the propietary of all Accounts.

When the Account is created, the Sales Manager assign the Account to a Sales Manager.

How can I do this assingment using Zoho CRM??
