How to integrate zoho security with a custom user form

How to integrate zoho security with a custom user form

I have a 'Add Employee' form with Name, email and role fields.Is there a way to tie these to the zoho security thats under myapplication setting. I do not want my user going to the 'ApplicationSetting' to create users to access my app.
