Can anyone tell me how can i make a new view from selcted only records within a view?

I have made a booking system and i need to seperate selected records from a full list of bookings and make a new view from them.The new list has to also give me the totals of some columns as in the full booking view.Those selected records i need them to get erased automatically from the old view then when transfered to the new view.

Our company makes transfers with coaches to selected destinations and i need this in order to places each person to a seperate coach.
