How do we manage permission to see other user's email sent to Zoho CRM contacts
We have users not seeing emails sent by other users including myself.
I even have emails sent by my own email account (various permitted aliases) that are captured by Zoho (leads are generated) but emails are not visible by myself.
My user is an admin account, and the Zoho documentations clearly states "
A user with an
Administrator profile
will have access to all the data irrespective of the role assigned to the user" yet i am not seeing peers' data - though they can see my emails.
this really feels like a pile of bugs. Is there any documentation of how to implement permissions. The documentation is practically non-existent on permission - is there a reasonable guide for this?
