How to redirect from Zoho page to external

Please explain how I can invite people to visit http://www.myzohosite.com/survey and have that page redirect to http://externalsite/limesurvey/123456

I'm thinking that embedding an HTML redirect in my zoho page would be immediate whereas a CNAME record would take hours to permeate. I don't know how to do either unfortunately.
