How To See Email Open Notification For Subsequent Opens?

Hi folks! When I send out an email from the CRM, I can see the email open notification from the signals bell icon at the top right corner of the screen. However I believe this is only for the initial open? Subsequently I have to go to the contacts details page to see whether the client has open the email again. 

The problem now is a client may reopen my email a few months down the road and I wouldnt know because I may not go back to check out the contact details. 

Question, is there any way I can know a client has open an email other than going back to the contacts details page? Like maybe the signals bell icon can notify subsequently?
