How to send a message to all users simultaniously ?

If i would like to send a message automatically to all my contractors, or user in all my Zoho Project, is there a possiblity to do that?

If i use the "status" with the @ username, i will automatically show to everybody to whom i've sent the message.. I dont want to do that,

Any suggestion ?
