Hello Zoho Team,

 

I want to send an email from a  view, in order to do that I have a Function & custom action (Show action for each record),

 I want to send email only to a selected record each time. Until now I test and it work for plain Text only.

 

Problem that I have is I can´t see how to include the data from the record selected, i.e. the  record has Customer field, Prime Contractor field and other fields and I want to inform those fields as part of the message.

 

How can I add field record details into the senmail message body triguered from a view?.

Please if somebody has an example I will appreciate.
