I have a table chart pivot report. I would like to be able to configure the format of data within each column. 

For instance, I have a date column and I have selected "Month and Year" but instead of showing "Mar 2014" it shows 201403.

Similarly, I have a column showing Average. This is an average of currency so I would like to restrict that to showing 2 decimal places instead of default (12?)
