I want to be able to keep in contact with new customers from the point that their purchase has been processed.

My orders are generated in X-Cart and processed in Zoho Inventory.   I want to be able to do two things:

1) I want to trigger an order processed journey as soon as the customer order has been placed.  I think I can achieve that by the embedded ZMH code on X-Cart pages.

1) How can I trigger a customer journey from the point that a sale has been dispatched?  This will be triggered by the order being marked as dispatched in Zoho Inventory or Zoho Books.

I an really excited about using Zoho Marketing Hub.  I can see its potential for streamlining my business workflow.
