When you sync a ZMA Lead to a Lead in ZCRM, the process works nicely.

But when a ZCRM user converts the Lead to become a Contact, the sync stops. That's sort-of understandable because the ZMA sync is setup to talk the the Leads module in ZCRM. 

But what's the best way to maintain the transfer of data between ZMA and ZCRM? For example, if the job title is changed in ZMA, we'd still want to see it updated automatically in ZCRM.
