We need to plan everyday employees participation in different projects. For example:

Employee John will be everyday occupied X hours in Project Y from date Z till date W (for ~ a month), and he also will be occupied T hours a day in Project R from H date till J date (for ~ two month).

We can create tasks with duration X hours on every date from Z till W, but it will take to much time! 

Can Zoho project automatically calculate employee time utilization according to employee everyday efforts (in hours) needed for all projects he participates in? And can it build a chart to see how many not occupied hours has each employee?

Can Zoho projects store and automatically calculate task duration in days if user enters time to accomplish a task and time that employee will every day spend for the task and build utilization charts taking this schedule into consideration?
