However, when I try to import it via the following options the subsequent errors are being displayed:

Zoho-Migration Tool: After importing the data to the tool, when I click on Upload to Zoho, each time I try to enter login credentials it shows invalid username /password. This despite me rechecking the credentials multiple times. Could this be because this feature is not available in my Professional Plan?

From the Command line console: the error being displayed is: "Cannot Import database: It is being used by another person"

Can anyone kindly suggest the possible issues. Further, if anyone can share a sample code, it would be of immense help
