I can't easily see what I need on the Calendar!

It's very frustrating...we have an office where we all need to see everyone's calendar.  We want an option to change the default view to "ALL" instead of ourselves.  Or perhaps have it remember the last view you were on and always come back to that one.  When I view my calendar on my phone, most of the time I can not select the "ALL" option so the calendar is useless to me out of the office (which greatly impacts me)!
