Hello everyone!

I'm new to programming with zoho creator, and I'm going to maintain an app.

I've seen the Sandbox option,in order to learn how to fix things without danger, but I push the link "Create SandBox" but nothing happens. there are 3 little circles on the screen, like it was working on it, but we leave it for hours and notthings happens.

Can anyone tell me how can I activate the sandbox, or how can I start working on code without touch the application on producction?
