I need to move data from one form to another

Sorry in advance as I am new to creator and are finding my feet

I am currently trying to move data ( the current record only ) from one form to another, based on a check box being checked on the form or the press of a button on the form I am transferring from.

Is there a way to do this via the GUI or does it need to be done purely via scripting.
