Do you have to be a rocket scientist or a computer genius to work these programs..........why is it so difficult.  My first two applications I had to copy&paste because ZOHO did not accept xlsx files.  As of 08-19-11 they do, but I can't the date format to my liking...  month-day-year  xx-xx-xx
